To be honest, Jail is perhaps too much for that offense. We should not fall in the same mistakes as feminists, that see everything as rape and deserving jail time.

So he hit her first and she lashed out straight away and frankly could easily make the case the glass just happened to be in her hand?

Also according the article she in no way tried to deny she did it. Yeah it sucks that he had medical issues that made this worse for him, but I can't really get annoyed about this.
