I would say in history maybe a handful of good woman leaders. Count on one hand.

TRP has a habit of saying women are dumb.
While on one hand it's tempting to agree because there are far less Thatchers than (male name), SJWs have a strong point when they say women are not encouraged to take chances. Because they are not. They are encouraged to wait for a man to give them what they "deserve".

Turns out SJWs just get one thing wrong. Nobody likes to take chances. Far more people fail than succeed. And women feel they don't have to take chances.

omg to look into the mind of a man.. you really missed the context of history and society, didn't you. Thatcher is one of my favourite figures too. She was a wise person. No need for deliberating the gender. If I apply your logic: look at all the incompetent, evil male leaders in history, or today. Does this mean that men are bad leaders? My point is, just because you don't see as many women in leadership roles doesn't MEAN they are not good leaders. They are just as good, or just as bad as men. You have absolutely no idea of how hard society makes it for women to achieve things. You as a man are not belittled on a daily basis, on the streets, in the shops, etc. everywhere, which complies basically to a huge amount of bullying that we have to process and live with. All the women who achieved anything despite this, have worked 10x harder, or are 5x more talented than their male counterparts, to defy the obstacles, barriers and they deserve huge respect and applaud. And you could start to listen to our testimonies. As a woman I have always outperformed everyone in my school, including the boys. How come that you and ppl who are thinking similarly as you, are questioning my competences OUTSIDE of the school system? It is because you have been taught to do that. You should start to unlearn these things right now. I know it requires effort to unlearn them but you should do it if you want to improve as a person.
