Is there a way to see a private ig account?

My husband has been wrongfully accused of domestic abuse to gail leverage in the custody battle and the judges are siding with her. (Keep in mind she has never asked for a restraining order, had a 60k paying job, but went part time before the court battle began so she can claim she only makes 30k, she lives rent free in her parents house, she claims the kids are completly emotionally destroyed by the way he acts (even tho she didn't allow him access to them for 3 y, the kids are sooo upset and traumatuzed, but she never put them in any counseling and during court, even tho he through lawyers asked access to the kids she cried that he didn't contact her directly to see the kids (which is the opposite of what a woman who is afraid of her ex would say). The whole situation is messy to say the least, but i know my husband very well and i know 1 he would never hurt kids, as he thinks kids are the future and need to be educated and cared for the most. 2 He wouldn't have hurt her as he's a vegan and he doesn't even kill flies or spiders. Sure, he can get loud and mean, bark no bite, but he knows his placed and when she divorced him he tried to leave them with the best. She even took possesions of his that were given to him by his grandma when he was a child. Yeah, a gold digger in all terms. She also is only dragging him through court because he refused to pay child support after she's been gatekeeping the kids, even tho in their divorce papers he has visitation rights. The whole court trials were a sham, all hear say from both sides and the judge chose her side, because no judge wants to be the one under the fire from the feminists if she goes to the media.

She's abusing the court system in her advantage and, while i do have some morals, what's the insentive for someone who gets more financial gain for lying and getting revange? I hate this saying, but she's killing 2 birds with 1 stone.

Either or, that's the background story. Now his final courtdate is coming up at some point this month and his lawyer went completly MIA. My husband with low resources, understanding and only me for support is completly depressed and feels hopeless. If i didn't manage to make rent, he couldn't afford it, probably not even with a room mate. She's taking half of his NET earnings atm and wants more. Knowing the US courts, they'll probably grant it.

So i am now trying to do more investigative work, maybe find more evidence about the kids wanting their dad in their life (he already has texts from a family member about that, but the courts dismiss it). Just anything hoping to get a breakthrough to this unfairness that is going on.

-So, how can i view private instagram or facebook accounts? Hers is all private. -What else is he supposed to do? Wtf are we doing about the MIA lawyer? He can't afford to pay for another one.

Also as a female i sincerly have to apologize for having some sour ass bitches in the world, idk where they came from, i wish it wasn't this way, i wish the courts were more fair for dads.
