So I'm introverted because of how I was raised and I'm working on it, made a lot of progress. Anyway I started a new internship and many times I just sneak into my desk without anyone seeing me to avoid having to say hi. The guys must've picked up on it. And now when people walk past my desk they don't acknowledge me but they'll acknowledge everyone else.

I changed it up and started greeting everyone when I come in but still nobody wants to greet me when they come in. I feel disrespected because I just get skipped. At the same time I did just skip everyone so that's probably a reason. Should I just keep showing everyone I don't care? I also have heard a few talking shit about me. I overheard by accident and wasn't nearby so it didn't feel right to just jump up and start talking back which is what I wanted to do. Would you guys just stop your work and go confront them? I was at least 25 feet away I felt like a bitch not confronting but I knew I'd look worse for even listening to a convo 25 feet away.

So far I hate this corporate shit. I can see why many of the employees are bitches.
