After seeing the sheer number of cases where the father finds out 10, 20, 30 years later that he is not the father of his kids cuz his wife cheated.

I think we should petition for an amendment in law where it should be compulsory to get a DNA test for the father's name on birth certificate. And it should be made easy and simple process. For example if a child is born in a hospital, the staff should immediately run a DNA test without the need of the father asking them to run the test. The hospital should run the test themselves so the cheating wife cannot create a drama or threaten her husband in anyway
