Since the last post did so well and I'm in a learning mood, this is my other confusion that seems to have many different answers too, depending on the coach talking about it. I'm so confused as to what all this REALLY is and what the Red Pill of dating and relationships is actually supposed to be like.

Why does it seem like most of them have different definitions to "alpha widowing"? Isn't there a manual somewhere that someone can refer back to? Like, what's the point if there is no set definition? It seems as though it was designed as a non-intentional side-effect of a high value person leaving someone who was not enough for them (sorta like a side-effect of a bad drug you take)? But it seems like the way it's taught now is for it to be done intentionally to the other person? Then you go back to them after their symptoms have lessened from lack of exposure to Red Pill strategies (after a ~30-90 day, or a bit longer, "waiting period", I guess). What does that do?

Thank you for all your help guys! Studying all this is so hard, especially when it seems like the answers vary for everything depending on who is teaching it. 😮‍💨
