What was your exact reason you got into Red Pill?

My ex cheated in 2016 and dumped me so I decided to become better, unfortunately, I found the red pill. So long story short many girls started to be attracted to me but the relationships and even sex made me feel fake. Long term made me feel anxious for the most part and people started to pick it up which heightened my anxiety. My ex came back and my toxicity acted up I cheated on her and she did the same. 2019 was awful until I realized to treat people like humans again.

I m in the process of unlearning all the hate. fortunately I have a gf that supports me and friends.

I got into it because I kept failing at dating and wasn't sure what I was doing wrong. I think I'm autistic and/or mentally ill so finding some sort of of How-To guide gave me a bit of hope that I could figure out how to attract and keep a partner. I failed and got into blackpill for a while but not I'm not really sure about that either. I'm 40 now and have given mostly given up on dating/relationships. I'm unattractive and too weird and even if I try to act normal.. it's just an act.. and I can't keep it up for more than a month or two before the real me slips out and the real me is too unappealing for anyone to love.

I was so close to picking it up .. I picked it up only maybe 25% a few years ago. I wasn't having a good time. No friends No girls Etc I'd watch YouTube videos about women this and women that and I believed some of that stuff but deep down in my heart it didn't feel right... And I was starting to dislike women tbh Like this red pill stuff really gets to you you know But at around the same time I was trying to improve myself too so I came across infos and stuff that challenged the red pill and then I met a lovely gal that I dated for like a year and she changed my views radically. Honestly if it hadn't been for her and me challenging the red pill yo boy would have definitely become 100% red pill The thing is that while I only picked up 25% of it... There sometimes is pops up in my head that are red pill tbh but I challenge them and on with my day.

During my middle school years my bullies were mainly girls. They would tease, make fun, throw food, spew lies and stuff about me. And I guess teachers were oblivious to what was going on at the time. I don't blame them, because I was always the smiling type. Depression was running high but I was smiling. Failing all my class but no-one seems to notice. Most thought I was just a dumb kid. I would try to get myself in trouble and be sent to ISS just so I can get away from the bullying. Sometimes I wonder what I've done, was I just one of the weird kids, did I hurt anyone, was I just an easy target, did teachers actually knew what was going on with me but just not cared to ask. about a decade later and I still ask questions to myself about middle school.

Later on the depression carried on to high school. For the 4 years I was there I didn't have one crush, nor could I say that I even genuinely liked the opposite sex. I have pictures of me during highschool on my profile where you see in my face that i was not happy, my beard was patchy, and I didn't care for haircuts. I got better when I went out into the real world and heard peoples other point of view and their stories. And I wasn't following the redpill anymore.

To answer your question. I got into redpill because of my genuine dislike ( basically hatred) for women. Not because I wanted to become a better version of myself, or to get a girlfriend, or social status, none of that. I just wanted to hear bad stuff about women, the same way they said bad stuff about me.

I was FOB from Asia to Europe. Surprised to find out how 'weak' (weak is not the right word for it, but I could not think of anything better to describe my feeling back then) Western raised men were. Though I found out later that Western reaised men are strong too, in their own way, like it is supposed to be.

Western feminism also at that time felt hollow, unrelatable and rather hypocrite to me. So many talk about women in tech...and yet there were only two women (me included and both were from conservative countries) when I was studying EE. Did I tell you that University is basically free where I am, just need to bring brains and you'd be set.

I got the feeling that many of my feminist acquitances were only performative and were perfectly happy to let other women doing the heavy lifting. They were also flip-flopping A LOT about traditional and modern gender roles. Fucking amorph.

I went to RP hoping to find stronger men there.

I was so wrong though. Most RP men turned out to be a bunch of very, very insecure, often mentally damaged people who were too cheap or too scared of trying proper treatments. RP men are not naturally strong men, just LARPers of one.

So I left it.

I was around 9th grade, I wanted to be more masculine because I thought that's what I needed to do. I also wanted to learn how to talk to girls without creeping them out. I've never been told that I'm creepy but it's something I have always worried about (because I care about people). I don't have much experience with relationships but the experiences that I do have is what got me into the red pill. I once had a girl go behind my back and tell my friends that I'm weak. When I was in 10th grade I had my peers shit on me because "your girlfriend wears the pants in the relationship".

A month after I got my gynecomastia surgery when I was 17, I found a self improvement YouTuber named Hamza, from there I was introduced to the red pill. That's where I learned about hypergamy, shit-tests, and Sexual Market Value. I also found other channels like FITXFEARLESS and 1STMAN. At some point I started to notice that these guys talk about dating as if it's something you would never want to do, as if dating is nothing more than superficial bullshit, dodging shit-tests left and right, and is all about your place in the social hierarchy. I am currently 18 years old and at this point, I'm not even sure if romantic love exists anymore, or if it ever existed in the first place.

IT DID NOT HELP IN ANY WAY.

Why? The book was assuming I was a nag and my husband was a yes-man and a pushover. That was not the case with us at all. Me becoming more submissive and more demure ended up angering my husband even more. Why? On top of him finding my new persona phony and inauthentic, he hated having a wife who would not give him any feedback of any sort.

I came from an abusive Home. I was attracted to all the pretty girls in groundschool. But i did not have luck. When i reached my early 20”s i panicked And felt shame that i had not commited in a relationship. I googled how to get a girlfriend. And the rest is history. I succeded in getting girls, it was awsome but in reality i had focused on the wrong things. The Girl i wanted lost attraction for me. I was a mess, did not pass my exam and i ignored her red flags because i was desperate. Early on i learned that i should just be myself if i wanted to get a girlfriend. But, i Think this is what girls say to get a relief from the “slut shaming” scene. Ask yourself and do the match: How expensive is it to get a child?
