And don't compare yourself to normie standards. I mean, being judgemental and having an under active imagination don't sound too great in the big scheme of things.

First, masking as if my life depended on it. Second, as I got older (and masking wax becoming tiresome) I began to teach myself how to read body language, facial gestures, and voice pitches/tones. Third: caffeine, tobacco, and prescription meds (Adderall, Effexor, MMJ). Last but not least: learning to be comfortable with rejection but never giving up in the process.

I like having Aspergers because it tremendously helps with not giving any fthen. The older I've gotten the more I like this built-in function of not giving Fu***. I'm too old now, so a lot of sensorial issues I had either learned to deal with them or ignore them.

Judging by the hundreds of posts from men my age and older posted on r/dating_advice r/datingadviceformen and the insane number of subilmissions I've posted on r/niceguys (again, most, if not all) by dudes my age. So no. Age ALONE won't make a man more attractive. If he didn't invest time in skin/hair care, exercise, and becoming financially stable, he's worse off than a fat woman of any age.

Endorphins, yes. Then again, part of my point still stands. If lifting weights ALSO helps with their self-image, self-esteem, and self-confidence, then again, it is a net positive. Personally, I'm almost purely mesomorphic. So I have to lift (body or weights) to stay fit. People who are also mesomorphic will feel better with lifting than with just swimming or cycling.

Actually, I feel these reasons you listed are still very legit reasons to hit the gym. For a lot of people with depression, working out is a good medicine. And if working out makes them more confident with themselves and thus, makes them more attractive to women... I see that as a positive.

Leave the pair bonding BS talking point behind. The same think tank that came up with the less likely to pair bond, eventually found out that a high body count is not correlated (nor is the cause) of increased divorce. Newer IFS data.

I mean, isn't women will end up alone already the default?! The same men who cry about men are more likely to commit suicide and about how men are the largest % of work-related deaths. Yet the likes of y'all tend to ALSO be upset about women outliving men (AKA: ending up alone). Which one is it then?!

What bothers me with the SMV hypothesis is that those who parrot it, forget about the market forces truly work. If women are the product to be acquired in said market place, it makes sense for the seller of the product (the women) to advertise themselves in the markets where they'll do best. But when one presents this market force to those parroting SMV hypothesis, those proponents get the Shocked Pikachu Face.

But they will talk crap behind your back and judge you more harshly because of their jealousy. I hope this comment doesn't come across as NLOG-type, but spreading rumors like that is such a neuro-typical thing to do. I'm too socially awkward to even notice most societal faux-passes that exist.
/r/ExRedPill16/07/23 01:29 AM

Not sure if I agree even with that. Conventionally attractive women tend to be treated by lots of men individuals like commodity, not people. FTFY.

can become the target of jealous womens aggression as well. Keep telling yourself that. I used to tell myself that too when I was around 19. As I got older, I had noticed the overall treatment towards me have not changed too much. It is solely affected by weight fluctuations (2017-2020), but never due to age. Thus, when this generation of young ladies complain women my age hate them for their looks (trust me, I do not hate any woman on the sole basis of their outward appearance), they're just wa…

Yes. It is easy mode. Let me explain: when those pretty women get equal treatment (usually from other women) in lieu of preferential treatment, they're quick to attribute it to misogyny, and not due to being seen as an equal.

Somewhat true for the neuro-typical conventionally attractive women. While I'm conventionally attractive, I am neuro-spicy. So there's that. Not really easy mode.

I think Courtney Ryan has the heart in the right place, and she is rather genuine. My only issue with her is that, at times, some of the words/phrases she uses on her videos seem more like pandering. But in the big scheme of internet dating and life advice, Courtney Ryan is one of the better ones.

I appreciate how wholesome Courtney Ryan tends to be in regards men, unlike other female content creators. She says a lot of what Megha and Roma Army say, but in a non-aggressive, non-abrassive tone. I'm a huge believer on the how something is said much more than the what (barring bigotry and passive-aggressiveness).

Anyone who parrots phony divorce and custody statistics without evidence is a grifter. The reality is that men are the ones that in the long term end up better off after a divorce. She also posts a lot about military issues. And as a veteran myself, I got to see first hand that military men are way worse than any civilian spouse.

I am a pansexual woman. Which means, I am attracted to men, women, androgynous, Trans, etc alike. Let me tell you how attraction works on my end: I am very visual. So, for example, an individual working out shirtless gets me going. My attraction towards someone tends to be rather instantaneous: if I find someone attractive, I know immediately. I am also the kind that gets infatuated with a person's physique before I get to know then. That being said, I find many kinds of bodies attractive.

The thing is that tons of 1% women are both good looking and accomplished. I said in a previous post that someone like Mellody Hobson or Lauren Sánchez (but closer in age) would be a great match.
/r/ExRedPill25/05/23 05:38 PM

I think a wealthy professional would suit him better. Say, a younger version of Mellody Hobson (a big time C-suite executive) or Lauren Sánchez (journalist and filmmaker). They are both with men of similar status: Mellody is married to George Lucas, while Lauren is Jeff Bezos's multiple years partner.

I am the type to prefer a shorter but better-looking man, over a taller lesser looking man. Whenever I've encountered liking more than one dude, the tie-breaker was usually who had the larger junk. Being taller was not a guarantee. The largest dude I've ever seen below the waist was like 5'11" tops.
/r/ExRedPill10/02/23 06:07 AM

Tall women should also consider shorter men. Boys, almost always, grow taller than their mothers even if the dad is shorter; for example, my late maternal grandpa was around 5'4" to my grandmother's 5'7". My two uncles grew to be over 6'.

Men willing to marry me? Imma be 35 in two weeks and I’ve been married for over ten years. Then again, I married rather young (23) but unwanted attention has not stopped at all. I mean, most of my friends and relatives who are over 30 and had been dating with a purpose have managed to marry/remarry just fine. I wouldn’t count these two gents as passport bros. If they found a lady from their own culture albeit they’re (the gents) living in western countries, it isn’t quite the same as Gringos who purposely move abroad JUST to find ladies.

A good chunk do relocate, tho.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/23 11:10 PM

It doesn’t really count when military people do it. They’re effectively living in those countries. Thus, meeting locals happens more naturally. And, very importantly, most of those relationships don’t tend to be predatory in nature: the ladies tend to be age appropriate in comparison to the gent in question. Second, it isn’t unusual for them to had have some sort of formal education and/or job training beforehand. Third: many military retirees and/or disabled veterans relocate to those countries…

Babe. I’m not Asian, but West Indian. Tall men are NOT rare AT ALL at all where I’m from!! The shortest dude in my family, is barely 5’11. Let that be a hint. I’m 5’9” myself, albeit drastic sexual diphormism is way more evident where I’m from: women only average about 5’3” while men average at least 5’10”.

I wasn’t even looking it like that (since I’m a bit of a feminist too). Then again, I’m from Latin-America: I’ve seen cases of dudes from worse-off countries running from their newly created families where I’m from. One of my dad’s (female) cousins ventured with a Dominican years ago (long before DR became the largest Central American economy) and had a baby with him. He ran off back to DR, albeit they managed to co-parent my 2nd cousin (she’s about to be 29 this year) back and forth: she’d stay…

The only instance I know of this irl is a super hot Ecuatorian co-worker my mom has. Her USian husband is some ugly neckbeard An-Cap type. She can land a much, much hotter dude. But she's with some ugly neckbeard because he has money, and that's it.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/23 08:59 PM

The USian men with Brazilian wives tend to be even look-matches for the most part. I haven't seen a crusty ugly dude with a hot Brazilian lady: they're always about as good-looking as them Brazilian ladies. Then again, I've seen my fair share of other Latinas with ugly dudes. Those tend to be from the much more poorer countries. My mother has an insanely hot co-worker around my age who's from Ecuador, yet her husband is very neckbeard-ish: one of those terrorist sympathizers An-caps.

I'm from LatAm as well. Being a lady who never cared nor followed a lot of societal nuances (mainly due to my undiagnosed autism and ADHD) was no walk in the park. It is worse when elderly relatives show blatant favoritism to male relative peers, despite being better as a whole. Still, I vastly like LatAm in the bigger scheme of things for this reason: most places in LatAm had managed to find an okay-ish blend between individualism and collectivism.

It is okay for a woman to approach men. As in, to strike a conversation and ask him for his # first. People (regardless of sexual identity/preference) must not be shamed for their lack of sexual experience or their promiscuity. Height obsession for men and women having to be hyper skinny (outside showbiz) are largely US standards. In most of the world, people tend to look at the overall package, and aren't so overly obsessed if a person is just X cm/inches tall or X kg/lbs heavy if the rest of them looks good too.

The reverse is true in more liberal/less traditional areas. You have people say how they're this and that in order to fit in. But, in reality, are actually more traditional and conservative. You could say this about me, for example. On the outside I still look and dress very much like my young adult self. But on the inside, I'm more conservative-ish. And?! Some husky men are still attractive. I didn't think John Goodman looked bad in the early 90's when he did Roseanne. His excess weight was rather proportional. To me, a person (regardless of gender, since I'm pansexual) being overweight (in proportion to their height and body shape ) doesn't make them less attractive if their extra weight is evenly distributed.

I'd say BODY SHAPE moreso than just weight. __________ While yes, WEIGHT can change/fluctuate, a woman's body shape is mostly static. __________ A man's preferred body shapes on women are either hourglass (the one I have) or pear. Why? These two shapes favor women's fat distribution away from the tummy, and either distribute it evenly (hourglass) or across their lower body (pear). This gives the impression of less weight.

I'm super visual and have spontaneous desire. I'm 99% sure most (if not all other) women are as visual too. It's just that due to social conditioning BS of the past 300 years (the time when society began parroting women don't have sexual desires), these claims had been parroted around.

Mother did the lion share of the parenting from nurturing to disciplining (even punishing). Latino families (Hispanic, Lusitanians and West Indians) are just like this!!! We, the women, are the true leaders. Meanwhile, the men are mere wallets or work horses for the most part. While the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding dealt with Mediterranean dynamics, it perfectly described how Latino families function (the man might be the HEAD, but the woman is the NECK, and the neck makes the head turn around…

You're forgetting a much more important key element in research: qualitative sampling VS quantitative sampling. While the sampling population in this study IS indeed a small sample, it is a rather representative sampling of the population the researchers are studying. If you can find a RECENT study that has a replicated result, but has a larger sample population or has a control population (eg. homes with fathers), please, show it to me. And make sure it is RECENT.

The effect sizes of these differences were large (Cohen's d = 1.03 and d = −0.91, respectively). This finding, from 16 observational …

Unless most men of PPD treat the men in their life with disdain and utter indifference, why is this being asked? The rule of thumb is this: Men and women must treat each other all the same: with plain, simple human decency. As simple as that.

Date their looksmatch. Dating my looksmatch means dating a man with high cheekbones, a chiseled jaw and a ”V” shaped body. Why? Because my face has such level of definition, and I have an hourglass body. Then again, I’m not super picky about height nor I care if a man has more to love.

I am ambivalent about Star Wars, but I adore Star Trek. In fact, I'm always making jokes with my husband about TNG, X-Men, and LOTR constantly (eg. It is to me. Height doesn't mean much to me (or any at all) if the rest of a man isn't overall attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/22 01:01 AM
2

As long as the parties aren't predatory with each other, sure. Common wisdom says men are predatory towards barely legal teens. But the opposite can be true, too. Some younger women are known for getting with old men to rob their pensions (eg. after my late FIL died, he had a live-in girlfriend who robbed him of his SS checks, for example).
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/22 12:17 AM
1

Why should be? I don't care about that. Height, to me, is a tertiary physical attractiveness trait. ----- Let's do a similar exercise, but with ladies: Say, if you were a boob guy and I was gonna compare two women I personally find equally attractive but with vastly different breast sizes (let's take Kat Dennings and Aubrey Plaza), but just show close-ups like I did. Which one you'd find better looking?

I couldn't care less if men want or don't want overweight women. My only issue, however, is how some MEN voice said preference. If your logic is profitting off male loneliness, then I bet you'd use the same logic for the following non-sex oriented professions: barmaid. waitress at a breastaurant. entry-level office workers. print models. basically any woman holding any image-related job where most of her superiors are single men. I'm an very average Juana. A man's overall professional ethic is much more important than his net worth. Basically, a case or quality vs quantity. Lying is one thing. Men get wrong that women can and DO get REJECTED. Rejection isn’t a male-only thing. Second, they also fail to realize that women have as much control in the SMP (as the sellers, they have the choice of what markets they can advertise), and have the same choice when it comes to marriage as well. Not only the whole men choose their wives notion is vastly overblown, but just because a man proposes, a woman has the option of saying NO to proposals as well.

Just messaged you about this. A LOT of the western enlightenment social contract theory is indirectly culprit for incels, if you think about it. The notion that there's such thing as a single pursuit of happiness and said pursuit of happiness must look the same for every living human being is just asinine.

Political science and mass communications. Funnily enough, both Psychology AND Sociology are included in here… but not Politics. Which is rather weird. Why?! A LOT that gets discussed within political discourse heavily overlaps with both of these other fields (Psychology and Sociology). Also, at my college, the three majors occupy the same building: psychology 2nd floor, Government 3rd floor, and Sociology 4th floor.

A bit OT: I’ve seen a good share of marriages across doctors and nurses (I have a lot of immediate family who work in healthcare). Oh boy, you still don’t get it… Hyper-sexuality is a clinical thing, and doesn’t discriminate on the basis on gender. Hyper-sexuality is what used to be called nymphomany (for women) and satyriasis (for men). What is hyper-sexuality? ICD-10 entry on hyper-sexuality.

Looooooove seeing when red pillers parrot Islam is right about women. I mean, they're sooort of right. But suuuuuuper wrong as to how and why they're sort of right. For example, here's the Islamic POV of the Adam and Eve "fall of Humanity" (Surah 7, "The Heights"). Spoiler: it was NOT Eve's fault!

Actually, it is neither. Women’s preference for good genes may produce another mate preference mismatch. The evolved preference for indicators of good genes is an adaptation that likely predates adaptations for pair bonding. Because not all men possess all the qualities that women desire, women often make tradeoffs, opting for one set of features over others. When women emphasize indicators of good genes, they may find that they are dissatisfied with their partner’s provisioning. Indeed, men who…

Willingness to get and stick to the proper treatment. Learn body language and facial cues. This can take years, however. Turn one or more of your specific interests into a hustle. This one is the harder part: be willing to get out of your comfort zone in order to meet human beings. Be open to people you'd never considered. In other words, don't hyperfocus on a type of person. You'll never know who'll end up tickling your fancy.

I'm planning to create a dating and relationships YouTube channel and/or podcast with a (female) friend of mine centered on neuro-divergent POC/WOC. She's black and I'm West Indian, and we are both (late in life diagnosed) autistic. While it'll be female centric, it'll have a lot of male info as well. Unlike existing TRP channels, we hope to create a positive, science based one. Nothing on Evo Psych, since Evo Psych isn't an actual empirical science, however.

100% disagree. Being respectful and courteous IS THE ULTRA BARE MINIMUM. The bar for men's behavior is so incredibly low, that seeing men taking their kids to/from school in the mornings and afternoons is seen as they're fathers of the year rather than just doing their freaking job.

So what’s feminine to you? Beings who are AFAB Beings who demonstrate a dominant preference for behaviors of what their prescribed cultural backgrounds consider feminine (remember: different cultures have different views and concepts of this). People really aren’t considering the fact sexual preferences are patriarchal How are they patriarchal? If any, I'd say They should be considered matriarchal. AFAB women are the ones who carry humans.
/r/ExRedPill31/05/22 05:26 AM

But sure, this MoFo thinks he knows how to be the perfect broad and thinks femininity is an universal ideal. But of course, let's hear how to be the perfect little broad from some bloke.
/r/ExRedPill31/05/22 05:13 AM
4

But what’s crazy is people constantly tell me I’m sexist for these preferences that are LITERALLY OUT OF MY CONTROL. It’s annoying. Here's the main difference between you and me: I do not view a man as more or less masculine by his physique. I don't hold such shallow views about masculinity and femininity.
/r/ExRedPill31/05/22 04:37 AM
3

I guess you're conflating my ambivalence for a man's height for having a preference. A man can be 5'5" or 6'5", but if his face, body shape, and Johnson don't sexually stimulate me... I don't want him.
/r/ExRedPill31/05/22 03:29 AM

Paul Rudd is about 5'9", btw, so the same logic with Omar applies. With my real life spouse, the thing that got me about him were his face and smile. Where have I contradicted myself? You not knowing how to read isn't my fault.

Not who's taller, but who has the bigger Johnson out of the two? The taller man doesn't have to be the owner of said Johnson.
/r/ExRedPill31/05/22 02:47 AM

His face and smile. That's it. I'm of the mentality that I much rather be with a man who's overall good looking, whether he's a tad shorter, than a very tall average looking bloke. Mexican actor/TV host Omar Chaparro (who's about 5'7") is way better looking to me than Jason Segel (who's about 6'4"). I'd still happily date and marry a younger version of Paul Rudd if he was a regular middle class dude for the same reason as well.

TRP just need to research and read further. Contrary to popular belief, their career-maxxing isn't making women go after them like they claim. And no. Even later in life (late middle age, advanced age) when people had gotten divorced or widowed, women do not face a "wall". AT ALL.
