This is a very insightful and informative lesson. I‘d like to add though, that this dynamic of protected women and disposable men has another important group of supporters: the men at the top of the hierarchy. Those men who win the „alpha“ positions are the one who are allowed to send the disposable „losers” into machine gun fire. For most of human history these two groups, the patriarchal leaders and the women, put themselves before the disposable men. In that sense the feminists are right when they say that men suffer from patriarchy too (if they see it that nuanced).

The tragedy of The MRM has been their staunch refusal to show much enthusiasm for addressing practical difficulties such as these, while displaying boundless energy for having flame wars with feminists and other random folks on social media. This video was filmed in '11; here in '22, it's impossible to deny the fact that this approach has failed to deliver an improvement to our material fortunes in any way

*Prominent MRAs like Straughan have a hard-on for reciting historical instances of men's lives being wasted in a wide variety of foolish maneuvers in various wars, from The Charge Of The Light Brigade, to island hopping in The Pacific Theater during WWII. Similar to the Woke Left's affinity for bringing the subject of red lining and White Flight into conversation about modern problems in the inner cities of The US. Tragic and regrettable as all of the aforementioned events were, I'm sure that I'm not the only baffled as to the connection between rehashing all of this, and helping those who are in need today
