Alright, I'll just write out my thoughts here and see what you people think.

The Red Pill Philosophy is an inhuman and unnatural philosophy. It is a derivative of Social Darwinism which states that the fittest specimen reproduces. It makes reproduction and survival into its highest aim. Everything in the red pill community is viewed through that lens.

It doesn't concern itself with the individual meaning of a persons life.
Who am I?
What is the meaning of my life?
What is this all about?

These questions are irrelevant to the red pill community. What is relevant however, is to climb the social hierarchy. If the act of climbing the social hierarchy goes against what is authentic for yourself then no matter how far you go, you will be unfulfilled, therefor implementing its strategies will be harmful.

You as an individual is not important in red pill philosophy, only the aims of getting a high value mate and reproducing matters. Your inner most self has desires that are totally unique to you. Maybe you're here to communicate ideas through art, or maybe you're here to experience the thrill of riding a motorcycle, only your authentic self can tell.

Most, if not all, people who adhere to the Red Pill Philosophy are still living their life according to someone else's ideas. This is evident when you see how much focus there is on what is and isn't high value.
Are you truly being your own authentic self when you're shaping yourself to match the positive perceptions of others?
The red pill community likes to point out that there is massive social programming going on, while simultaneously shaping themselves to fit the preferences of the people they say are programmed.

If the preferences of other people are manipulated, and you strive to fit those preferences, who is then really in control of your life? It cannot be your authentic self, and therefor they are living inauthentic life.
