I am so happy for Christopher and little Skyler, he seems like a lovely man and a good dad.

That black and white photo of them cuddling just stole my heart.

I hope this registry and others like it are well known? It's a valuable resource, but I've never heard of it before this case and I don't know if other states have it.

I don't even know if it exists here in Aus... something to research!

the thing that always strikes me every time I see one of these situations, and it seems like there's a LOT of them, is that for every man fighting for his own child that was adopted without his consent, there's adoptive parents who know EXACTLY what they're doing. They're trying to use the legal system to kidnap a child from a loving parent.

I can't think of any way to describe it but outright evil.

This is like any other situation where the mom takes the child from the father, only looks worse cause she didn’t want to be a parent. It’s sad, it’s unfair, all I can hope for is some sort of change to parentage.
