Is there any REAL evidence that the Red Pill actually HELPS men as a whole?

I think it probably mostly (only?) helps men who are born with good genetic potential but may not be making the best of it (ie tall, good face, build etc) When these men get red pilled they can achieve great sucess and get lots of pussy. HOWEVER I believe most men ultimately can't change their genetics and therefore cant make much significant improvements. It might even discourage many men further

As with immaterial things, it's hard to quantify any results. Also not helping is that no data/stats/whatever could be trusted, given the vested interests one way or another...
