Well it's saying the quiet part out loud but yes that's true.

In general sexual and even regular crimes tend to be defined so as to apply to men, but not women. Historically the law applied to men, but not women. Men paid the price for what their wives and children did. Now this isn't supposed to be the case any more but in practice, especially with sexual crimes, it is.

But it's embarrassing to the law to say this shit out loud because it's so obviously sexist and unconstitutional.
