Yeah, that’s definitely been said, but for some reasons it’s barely talked about, people seldom take them seriously and people are always automatically less disgusted when they react to it compared to females get sexually abused.

I can agree that it is under reported. Alot of people wouldn't care if a man was sexually abused. They get stupid comments like "You're a man , you most of liked it." or "You're a man so you wanted it." -.-

I never reported mine. I knew that if I dud then I'd lose contact with most of the people in my family considering it was a man who raped me. I also knew the cops wouldn't care about it. Fuck being a man sometimes

indeed. my best friend was sexually assaulted on the playground by a boy in his class when he was 13 while a group of boys watched. never reported it for the reason above and it's destroyed him mentally and physically to this day. this failure to report needs to stop.

Less than 2% of males that have experienced sexual abuse or rape report it and over 98% of males that don't report or get help solving the problem,that have been sexually assaulted or abused about 96% to 97% of them experience some some sort of mental abuse as well as develop mental problems or conditions, that will not go away without real analysis and therapy
