NO, but he should be first up when the mother considers adoption. You can't have women forced to have baby's they dont want. Even if it was just about having the woman motivated to do the work to keep the pregnancy healthy. I will never support it, the same morals that make me think babytrapping shouldn't stick to a man for life, make me feel that way.

No, but they should be eligible for a paper abortion if they don’t consent to parent. I don’t think it makes sense to argue that the seed is still completely yours when it is in her egg cell. Also, women aren’t dirt, they are human. Did I seriously just need to explain that?

I don’t really see how one sex is more important in making a baby because you can’t get anything going without the other lol. Reminds me of the whole ‘You wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for us men! If you’ve consented to putting a seed into….dirt , you can’t take control of it because it’s doing something you don’t want it to do—it was a consensual transaction. You gave someone a project that you couldn’t complete yourself so you passed it on to someone who could. It took 10 minutes to ‘write’ your name on the project but the editing and processing is done by a woman so you might as well say it’s her decision to follow through or hit the ‘clear all’ button. It’s pretty unfair, but so is biology and the world in general.

At first I thought you were saying women are dirt (as in scum or worthless) but then realised it was an analogy. But yes, men have no rights and it’s very sad. But abortion is a symptom of a sick society. We need men to care about their women and children, we need people to care for the vulnerable, sick, the single mothers, the widows, the poor, the elderly when we become a society that takes care of each other, abortions will go down and people will be able to see it for the evil and heartless act that it is.

In a fair and sane world, the well being of the child would require consent from both parents for any outcome besides the parents keeping the baby.

But nobody who matters is interested in pursuing that as a legal right for men.

I think a big part of the problem is that men don't take that whole "A woman's right to choose" bit as literally as women intend it.

Many of the women who say that don't think men should have any kind of voice in the matter.

This is a hard question.

I am pro-life, but I don't know if the correct course of action here is "should the man be able to stop an abortion".
I can't believe I'm about to say this but... In this rare case, I think it fits. "It's her body" and if it is legal to abort where they are at, well... It really sucks but it is what it is. Now, that said if we are talking about government intervention and laws. the "it's her body" argument should be rejected outright.
Actions have consequences. This should be a conversation WAY before "reproduction" even takes place. If you are pro life, you should be sleeping with other pro-lifers, that way you don't even have to worry about it. Some might call this personal responsibility.
Calling women "dirt" while I see what you are trying to say... That isn't how it comes across. Neither is more important than the other as you need both the seed and the egg otherwise you get spunk in a sock or eggs on a rag. (too much?)
