Saying you're "bored" makes you sound like you have no interesting life (no hobbies, plans). Always make it sound like you're an interesting man who's up to something.

Return the favor: read her texts, but take your time to respond.

A couple of tips from one of the best RP posts I've read:

2/3rds rule. If a woman talks 3 times, texts 3 times, talk or text 2 times. Every time. Her 3 to your 2.
Try flipping the pressure: "Are you Okay?" -> "I'm great, How are you?"

Never double text a girl. You should have left out "bored". She most likely interpreted this as a plea to hangout with you & had second thoughts. Girls read into these things.

It was either your boring reply, or she texted 10 guys and got a reply from a chad before you sent your message.

Translation:

"I am bored, will you give me some attention, may be even fuck me, how will you get us there with complete plausible deniability?".

Your response:

"just got home bored, wyd"

Translation:

"oh blimey it looks like you want to hang out, I am super bored, I have no options, I have no life, and I want you to come and save me, but I don't have the balls to ask you, please, will you?"
