Choose three vices you want to ditch for the month (and maybe for longer!) Some chose porn, some chose alcohol, and some chose /r/theredpill (bastards). Pick three vices or distractions that you want to remove from your life and kick them to the curb. If you pick alcohol or cigarettes, get them out of your house. If you pick porn, install that parental control software. If you picked /r/theredpill, close this window now.

Making sure that no day is wasted, we say no to nothing. Pick an activity or chore that you want to make sure gets done daily. It can be big, or it can be small. Clean your apartment, make your bed, hit the gym (best option), approach at least 3 women a day, shave, work on your hobby project at least an hour a day. Whatever it is, it's time to pick it and make a real schedule to include it in your day.

Here's a pro tip. You don't usually quit porn, procrastination or other vices in order to be productive. It's the other way around. When you become so busy and so mission driven in your life, not watching porn will be easy because you'll forget to even want to watch porn. You need to be on a mission from the minute you wake up, to the minute you go to sleep. Always doing something to further one of your goals.

Day 1 boys. Porn, junk food, laziness. I would blame the PTSD and anxiety for my shit life. The things I've seen. I realized now I used it as a crutch, to justify that life is shit. My problem; it's the way I saw life from my mental attitude. I choose a better life. I choose victory.

Taking all the junk food out of the house. Gonna cook all my foods and exercise. Any urges come, hop in the cold shower or do push ups. Thanks Redpillschool

Yesterday I relapsed by going on bumble and texting multiple girls, sending Dick pics, and getting nudes from women even though I am in a fulfilling committed relationship with a girl who loves me to death.

I was a bit of a manwhore/fuckboy before meeting her, but I’ve since met this wonderful woman and decided to commit to her. I would never physically cheat on her but just knowing the fact that I still have that skill and I am still wanted by other women makes me do it.

I think I need to delete that app, because it’s causing me to be in downward spiral of not eating right, staying up late (by texting other women), and causing doubt in my relationship.

Can anyone of my red pill brothers in LTRs relate to me?

After looking at personal screen time statistics: YouTube is my No 1. public enemy, so I'm cutting that shit out for good.

As for habits, I've been learning rust (the programming language) on and off and would like to form a habit to finish reading the main source from the official webpage. Not just finish it, but actually internalize the language concepts.

Another habit is learning Spanish. I've been doing the bird (Duolingo) for about 47 days and can understand quite a bit, but I feel like there's a need for more. I've tried watching Money Heist with spanish audio and subtitles, but there is little value to be gained, unless you already know the language well. So, I will form a habit of listening and practicing to at least 2 Thomas Michels tapes a day before bedtime.

I've also started reading some esoteric philosophy thanks to GLO. So I will form a habit of reading a bit every morning.

I started this before November, but they were things that have been affecting my life negatively: -free from porn and masturbation for 26 days. It’s had (will probably have for a while) a major affect on erections, libido, and overal mood

-free from alcohol 56 days. Had been drinking almost daily

-free from phenibut the last two weeks.
