It all depends on if you are able to respond or if you will be censored. If it's online you will basically have no hope as accuracy & reality are not the goal for misandrists so they will use the man hating system against you to censor, ostracize and remove you once you expose them.

If it's face to face you can get them to explain what is bad about those things, then explain how you are those things, then expose their hypocrisy they just engaged in during their explanations.

They use boogeyman words and hope people will buy it but they rarely have anything to back it up when you make them explain their accusations or opinions.
