When the height is the least demanding thing, something is wrong.

It’s the Netherlands though, so 180-187 shouldn’t be hard to find, that’s most of the population I imagine.

Well shit, she doesn't want much there.

But seriously, any guy who meets even half of this list's requirements, is in her age range (or within 5 years of either side) and is still single is probably so because he's either a headcase who's gonna end up chasing her naked with a chainsaw, or because he's too busy having fun with women half her age.

But she didn't specify how old such a fellow would be, nor that she had any of her own kids.

So a much older guy might make a.good match, especially if the financial elements align, as well.
