Pavlovian conditioning is the attempts at linking two stimuli by repeated association, i.e. the bell and food.

Whenever some guy complains about the fact he was treated horribly by a woman and/or on behalf of a woman, someone will crawl out of the woodwork and say "misogyny!".

Intended or not, what do you think will happen if you end up succeeding at browbeating that guy into associating "hey, I was treated horribly there, what gives?" and "misogyny"?

People get pissed off when someone treats them horribly. Pissed off people don't usually have nice things to say about the people being horrible to them. Depending on how horribly they get treated, they can say some nasty things.

Please stop showing up right on cue with a ready-made "misogyny bell" when that happens.
