I just recently got a job as a server at this bar down the street from my apartment. And there's this cook there who's been there a long time. He's not a head chef or anything just a cook with seniority. He used to be a felony and he smokes weed on the job. So this is the best he can get in his lifetime.

Anyways he AMOGs everyone and tries to tell everyone what to do even though he's not the manager and the manager is on leave because of the hurricane stuff.(he got activated) All the servers are nothing but beta males. Because that's what they call themselves (weird I know). And anyone who disagrees with this fake AMOG gets their hours cut.

So everyone is at the mercy of this fucking loser. And just a couple days ago one of the servers got fed up with it and called him out on his nonsense. All he said was "you're gone" and cut the guys hours to nothing. One of the best server got dropped from 40-50 hours a week to 5-10 hours.

How do I deal with this fake AMOG? I'm in the process of trying to find another server job but I only have a few weeks experience they trained me here to be a server.
