How does kino compare to PDA?

Body: While I am definitely not afraid of kino, I do however like to be subtle about it. To me, too much touching especially in front of their friends or the group you're with seems like a one way ticket to LMR, rejection due to ASD, etc. Basically, id rather be a low key flirt and avoid being a topic of gossip, but not sure if thats giving too much of a fuck or not.

sidenote: this question came from an experience in the social circle, not from trying to game at a bar where i don't know anyone
