That question has two sources, neither is disrespect.

1 You are cheating in some way or showing the signs of cheating.

2 They are cheating and think that because they are you are.

This could be a comfort test of sorts... Maybe she is just fucking crazy... You didn't provide any context so we don't even know if the partner in your question is you or her.

How the fuck is it not disrespectful. It applies she either cheated, she's throwing her insecurities at someone and doesn't trust the relationship.
