Just watching the first example, there are A LOT of assumptions made about his motives and most of it is circumstantial and would not hold up in any legitimate courtroom. He's definitely not a saint, but it's a stretch to say he's a human trafficker.

As well, let's say by definition he was guilty of human trafficking, most people associate human trafficking with shoving people in suitcases or cargo containers, which itself implies that these women were not allowed to say no OR make the decision to leave... Which it sounds like they were.
