As they say, society today has a moral fabric based on feelings and short term thoughts as opposed to logic and rationale

2 female co-workers who I made zero sexual remarks whatsoever, took some comments out of context and accused me of sexual harassment at work yesterday

Well I already had 2 desciplinary actions, now I have to deal with a bullshit write-up? This only puts at me higher risk for my job being jeopardized

Of course my higher ups didn't have the gals to be blunt about it, they called it "verbal harassment", that's not verbal harassment, just say it is sexual harassment, you're trying to say sexual harassment, but you're trying to be all smooth about it

The accusations were apperantly that

-I was asking for 2 co-workers' schedules( why da f would I do that for? I only ask for schedules for those in my position if I recall)

-I was asking over for them specifically over at the line(Again, taken out of context, I work in retail and sometimes I have back to back calls, so sometimes I ask for a specifc co-workers' names so that they can know what the call was about)

The bottom line if you make them a tad bit uncomfortable you will be hit with them pretentious accusations and they'll make up the most dramatic story in order to sound even more credible

Still their story sounds hella fabricated, because half of what I said is barely true or was just taken out of context

But as a man this is when you realize you are disposable, especially in the workforce

Had to almost battle a downward spiral of severe anxiety and depression last night

So try to tone down your interactions with women, it ain't worth it, most will take what you say either too seriously or out of context
