I will admit that a lot of my Asian-American acquaintances and "friends" living in NYC are total sellouts. They do run in Asian circles and most date other Asians, but they're pretentious about it.
Fordham + The New School (Parson's design) are like cesspools of daddy's girls spending $200,000 to learn how to sew baby clothes. Tons are white-washed but there's also enough Asians in NYC that they have their own little hierarchy.

I just came in here to say this.
Asian-American feminists are the biggest proponents of interracial dating out there. I've actually seen them take offense when they meet another Asian girl who only dates Asian guys. It's dumbfounding to them.
These Asian-American feminists are unique because their main goal is to reconcile their exclusive preference for white dudes with the uncomfortable reality that white guys generally don't take them seriously because they give up sex too easily (who would take any group of girls serious who gives up sex too easily?)

My date was a permanent resident of my country and I had actually met her here.

eh, tbh this is true of any race. i am black, and i have seen sheer pain in black womens' eyes when i am out with a woman who is white, asian or latina. most blk women often say that i seem like i like white girls(not racist, but i don't. i am not for IR marriage) to try and guilt me into endearment.

i understand it well. sad to say because i love myself and my people, but i cannot overlook that the only black women i have been able to have lasting fun with are the ones from africa directly, haiti, jmaica, brazil, colombia, etc. i know that many of them go through alot and have low self esteem, but fact is for whatever reason they really don't trust a well to do black man and forget about respect.

At least over here in Korea (which means a biased population of girls who travel = open minded), I have NEVER met a black girl who said anything bad about Asian guys. Lots of girls like them.
It's pretty much only a few American girls (whites, Asians) who come here with prejudices. Even Canadian girls aren't bad.
I've personally banged a bunch of French-African, uk African and African American girls and they seem more feminine than any white American girl I've met here.

Interestingly enough, about half of the girls I've been with have been black, making them the most common group and by far the easiest. They came from a background where the men were very much what you described, but this was mostly in my college nerd days. I think the reason is the "grass is always greener" concept. Grow up around men being alpha, you want a smart guy with a career. Grow up in an intellectual liberal family, you'll go do some "volunteer work" in Africa or Asia for a few years (and everyone's fucking the natives, but its only abuse that gets complained about on NPR when the men do it).

The species has an instinct towards intermingling genes, and if nature takes its course, you actually see lots of so-called "inter-racial" couplings. I put that in quotes because there is only one race, and it is human, but due to environmental variables, there's a whole panoply of genetic diversity out there. That explains a lot of "inter-racial" attraction.
I think a lot of those fetishizing articles are women freaking out about their provider pool being stolen from them. They don't care if you schtup girls that aren't white, hell, when they schtup men with different skin colors, they're being "experimental," "courageous," and "exploring." But at the end of the day, as the wall approaches, they just don't want you to wind up with these "other" women.

But actually, individuals are more genetically diverse within the same race than they are between members of different races. See, race is a social construct. What is the "white" race considered in this country? People from the Scandanavian countries, the European countries, the English Isles, the Slavic countries. But at one point, they were all slitting each other's throats, pointing the finger at the other as some savage other. It's all bullshit at the end of the day.
On another note, Jews have lots of issues with inbreeding and typically get genetic screening to ensure they're not marrying a close relative.
