Some context: she was my ex and an easy lay. So we were hanging out on the park and I said to come over to my place after and she said yes. She had a bf and a room mate and she lied to both saying she was going to stay at her friends place after some party.(there was no drinking involved yet)

So we get to my place and take 4 shots each and some oj and get down to business. There was no restraint, she never said no once. In the middle she started crying about how she had a bf and they were in love then we smashed again 1 min later. Then again at 4 am, then again at 8 am. After she left I texted her saying I had a good night and I got one back saying she did too. I saved these and emailed them to myself.

2 days later she called me saying I took advantage of her and I asked her to repeat herself then I hung up. The call was 17s. I am scared shitless that her hamster is telling herself that she is the victim and she actually believes it so she dosent feel like a slut. Now I'm scared she is gonna go to the cops and I'm gonna get kicked out of school because of this false report. If this happens I'm gonna sue for damages since she has her own condo.
