Not as shit as Fresh and Fit but as that's a very low bar to clear. Skip his content before yoiu become yet another self entitled gymbro. My problems with Hamza:

His fitness advice isn't that good. The principles of fitness. Nearly everything to do with mass comes from diet and net calories. Keep increasing your load over time to keep getting stronger. You can't gain muscle without also gaining body fat. If you want stuff beyond that, go to someone who is actually pro or good at training. Hamza has no idea what hes talking about.
In a similar theme a lot of his nightlife advice is goofy as fuck and/or is plain wrong. Not fapping to remain 24/7 horny to get have motivation to get a woman is fucking goofy and weak willed. Desperate and weakwilled are some of the least sexy things you can be as a man. Not flapping to boost testosterone levels is not a thing, nor testosterone just this more
He is up very up his own ass. Just plain don't follow his mannerisms if you want to have friends, let alone a girlfriend. Nobody likes to hang around a guy who thinks hes above everyone for being fit, "enlightened", a good career, or a routine or other shit that honestly the vast matter of people just doesn't really impress other people off rip. But that's all he has going for himself.

If you absolutely nothing else from this post, don't worry about being a good "man", just be one.

Also you're still young, like really young. If you aren't already, see if there is some sort of club or sport that you may be interesting to do after school and just do that to occupy an idle mine. If not that, maybe try art, challenge yourself academically, or really just what comes to mine as long as it isnt (very) illegal or reckless.

Life is way too short to copy life for line what online gurus say to do word for word.

Just one example, any info you learn about addiction should be done from people who understand the inner workings of it and the affects it has on your brain, your body, yourself, your friends, your family, your career, and everything else it swallows whole.

You should not be learning these things from internet influencers who are only going to provide 5% of what they should. These are very intricate and complex topics that many people die from and they should not be 'taught' lightly.

'Red Pill' is attempting to take over the narrative of way too many topics and most, if not all of these influencers are not properly trained in these topics. Almost none of them teach the affects of how their 'training' affects brains, which affects behaviour.

Just go read the other posts. These topics have already been discussed.

I'm 17 when I started watching these youtubers I immediately feel like shit because I don't have money and I don't want to learn dropshipping, be an entrepreneur etc. Since July when I started watching them everyday I feel like a loser.

My brother you have your own brain you have the ability to challenge any beliefs that you or anyone else has. This means you can chose whose messages you want to follow. So do your research these on influencers and chose, but before you do think to yourself “Who is influencing me” “Are they happy with their life” “Can they help me become happy with mines”. Do the hard work especially when you don’t feel like it young man.

His retention advice is pure nonsense. A lot of studies have been done on this and have found no benefit from this. Look it yourself if you don't believe me.
