I've never hired one, but from an abstract philosophical point of view I'm not against the idea. (From a practical/safety standpoint: very much on the fence). At least where it's illegal/unregulated.

It seems like, as a self protection mechanism, to land a high quality escort requires a "referral". This makes sense, but the referral is either two or more other "providers" who can vouch for you, or: you give up personally identifying information to a 3rd party service (almost like escrow), including things like your employer, and they basically verify it in a discreet way and essentially shred it afterwards (or: so they say). The one I was looking at was P-411.

I'm curious. Has anyone here gone through with this? What was the result? Was it a positive or negative experience? What about opinions on escorts in general? A bit of a meta thought, but I almost wonder if it's safer than hooking up with randoms. Like: at least they're screening guys in a pretty hardcore way.

(I know the advice here is generally hit the gym/self improvement/game etc., agreed, but, sometimes the easy way can be interesting. How say you?)
