Yeah I can’t believe there’s ANOTHER period sitcom. 🤦‍♂️ And I was also listening to this podcast about the Golden Girls and the hosts are so fucking woke I can’t listen to it anymore. They were perfectly ok with Blanche sexually harassing a male health inspector as a diversion (during the spinoff about the hotel) but any time one of the guys was eyeballing a sexy lady, the hosts would say it’s disgusting.

I’m done with these fucking double standards and how it’s perfectly fine for women to grope guys.

At least on another podcast with woke hosts, they thought it was gross about how Fran the Nanny was talking about Brighton (who was like 13) switching from tighty whites to boxers or something and she said “when a guy goes from that to that …” and it’s like ewww Fran!

I thought similar but at least she was supposedly banned from the mall. Then the next episode shows she attacks the guy successfully and leaves tic-tacs in his mouth.

My problem is even if you try and talk about it you get down voted and shamed on most subs. Just did that the other day and the person that posted about women dressing down decided I said I dressed down due to harassment was because I wear a fedora (which I don't, just to be clear). Then acted like they didn't just dismiss women sexually harassing me by inferring I was an incel. While I expected it, what I didn't expect was the one that actually agreed with me on the issue. So at least it seems like more are becoming aware.

Yeah its honestly pretty sucky. I loved that 70s show and I love that 90s show too but it had a upsetting trend of sexual harassment/assault being used as a joke. I was so happy to see they made well-rounded characters who both felt like the original show but also like their own characters. Then they make them do terrible stuff like this.

This episode and the that creepy gay stereotype kid really turned me off to the show. They even make a joke about her almost molesting a 9 YEAR OLD BOY because he looked old for his age. Really really creepy to think of the grown adults sitting around thinking this was endearing for the main character.

Idk what up with these reboot sitcoms and the their Main felmale roles, and token gays being the creepiest gd predators. Icarly, how I met your father, now this one. Like Imagine if Barny from himym wasn't flirty or charismatic, and physically assaulted women as a gag. That's how these "romances" come off.

It could be a satire, a lot of movies in 80s and 90s had scenes where teenage boys are being sexually assaulted and everyone would be cheering for the victim as if something amazing happened to him.

It's like if you don't want a woman to sexually assault you, there is something wrong with you.

Don’t forget the old lady luring the young boys into a hot tub and playing footsies. I was quite surprised that there was a laugh track on that. I mean what happened probably the young kids wouldn’t care but should be made as comedic
