Shouldn't feminists be in support of Men's Centers on campuses by their own logic (and against Women's Centers?)

When it comes to the real world, feminists assert that segregation "safe spaces" are important for women, due to male dominance, and that male spaces are bad, because male dominance will fester, resulting in more sexism.

However, women are the dominant group in education, and as such, wouldn't Men's Centers be important for men, due to female dominance? And, wouldn't Women's Centers allow female dominance to fester, resulting in more sexism?

Obviously, there are far too many instances of feminism standing in the way of equality for this to be surprising, IMO, but I find academic feminism to be fairly ironic, since academia is a walled garden of female dominance.
