I'm second-guessing my decision to break up an LTR.

Reasons: I must have failed at frame or sex because a few weeks ago she started developing a snappy, bitchy attitude and frequency of sex declined to every 2-3 days. She also started using sex as a weapon for controlling the LTR. She went out with friends two nights in a row and the second night when she got home told me "not to touch her" because she didn't want sex. She has a big ego, lots of self-esteem, and started acting like she was somehow my equal.

TRP has taught me to see the signs of a failing LTR and I broke up with her the next day with as little emotion as possible. I ended it to stand up for what I want in an LTR. I did it to show her I wouldn't accept that behaviour, but she was strong, unapologetic and only cried a little in another room.

I've already started gaming other girls but part of me wants her back. I blame myself for slipping too far down the beta slope, things were good when she was respectful, not talking back and submissive. I know I can't admit that I made a mistake, and trying to fix things will only make it worse. Feeling shitty and like it's a no win situation.

Anything I can do? Or just chalk it up as a learning experience?
