Leave the sex out of it - tell them you had a few too many, you are too tired to drive, or simply that you are sleepy and enjoy a hotel every now and then - then suggest checking out the facilities before crashing - ice machine, lobby, whatever. If they want to follow, they will.

This is just logistics. Use booking.com to find a reasonable place near your meet up. Don't book it, but have it on the browser on your phone.

"I know a place near here, how about we go there and crash?"

There are a million other lines you can use combined with "It's getting late so. . . ."

The other option is explicitly organize a sex date at a hotel as a follow up to your lunch/dinner date.

I've done this several times with different women and it works. In one case it was a dive motel. In other cases it was a "lover's hotel" that had various "theme rooms". My go-to was the Sheraton because we could go for a swim in the pool, hit the buffet, enjoy the in-room jacuzzi and then fuck like rabbits.

Be confident and just say it flat out. If you have already escalated and she's ready to go, why would she say no? In some respects, it's better, especially if it's a one night stand. When you bring a girl to your house, she's gonna look around and the hamster starts going again. She will start asking questions, being nosey, looking for provider signals, etc. If you take her to a hotel, she will get naked as soon as the door is closed. Downside is the cost. That said, if you have to live in a shared housing situation make sure the arrangement allows for the occasional overnight or late night guest.

If she’s asking to go to your place say „okay“. Go to the fcking hotel and check in. Do not comment. If she asks why hotel? „I regularly check in in this hotel bcos the view is amazing and they have best chef in earth here.“ I would never ever say why I wouldn’t/couldnt bring girls to my place. Never.

If they ask to come to your place, tell them that your in a shared apartment with some shitheads, so, you two will have to go someplace else. Then, go right to hotel.

If you bring it up, say, "let's get out of here. Listen, we can't go to my place, since I live with some real shitheads, but, we can find a place."
