It helped me quit looking at porn, cut back on the fapping to once every 3-4 days, and made me more productive. No i'm not going to go 90 days without busting a nut. If I want to jerk it I jerk it. I just quit the porn since it's not healthy.

Well if you read r/nofap it's pretty great thing. You get superpowers like flying, ability to make any woman orgasm just by staring at her, almost perfect invulnerability, super-genius levels intellect and mastery of every know method of communication (people, animals, robots), to name a few.

For real, besides of a way to practice disciple, there's no point in doing it.
