Not really. Most of these buzzwords are relatively new inventions, and their use and meaning even vary from website to website. Meanings:

Shitlord: As far as I know, SRS basically invented and started using this word a couple of years ago. They needed a childish ad hominem, because they couldn't exactly call those they bullied "dicks", "neckbeards" or "assholes", because those words already have many connotations. Please note that is still gendered though. The reason being that in their eyes, the minute what you say is shit you immediately turn into a man (I'm not making that up).
Trigger: This word is actually legit. It's associated with post-traumatic stress disorders, and soldiers who have seen all their friends die to a hand grenade, often suffer from various triggers that bring back the memories. For instance, imagine Nickelback is playing on the radio while you're tortured. Then Nickelback becomes a trigger that can bring you intense psychological trauma. Rape victims can be triggered by talk of rape, and others who have suffered real trauma in the past will have various triggers related to those events, that may be brought up again. But really, if you see someone write "trigger warning" then it's usually only because, that the person who writes it wants to seem really sensitive (Which is bonus points in social justice warrior world). It's not because that many people actually become triggered reading about homophobia or sex.
womyn: This is actually an older word. It's because there is "man" in "woman", so they changed it to "womyn". Yup. It's that fucking stupid. Their argument is that it's because 'man' is the standard, and patriarchy bla bla bla, completely ignoring the fact, that most languages (Like my native language for instance) have completely different roots for man and woman.
