Okay, the alleged incident occurred 29 years ago. It involves a 28 year old sports coach and a girl of 17-18 (bear in mind that in the country the alleged incident supposedly transpired, the minimum age of consent is 16). The young female athlete shows up at the coach's house, and talks about her shitty home like, her problems, etc. The coach listens, and they end up having consensual (albeit adulterous) intercourse.

Fast forward 29 years. The former coach is informed by police officers that the once young female athlete, now in her late 40s, has filed an accusation, saying that the aforementioned incident was, in fact a rape, and not consensual at all. Of course, given the historic nature of the supposed incident, plus the fact that the girl showed up at the coach's house (it was the 80s, she could have easily glanced at a piece of paper or something), I don't think the woman has a case. What do you guys think? Thanks for your input.
