As the title suggests, ive gotten this response from 2 out of the last 3 girls ive taken out. 2 i met on bumble and the other i picked up in a pharmacy. On all dates i escalated, applied kino and the whole interaction was going well. The girls were receptive and i definitely felt a better connection/ attraction to the 2 girls that laid this line on me. Both denials came from dates where we met for drinks. the conversation was going well, let them do most of the talking. Girl 1 (Bumble) i went for the kiss about half way through and was she gave me that line. I didnt have a good response or witty comeback for it. Any suggestions in this regard would be appreciated. The funny thing is she paid for all our drinks while i was in the bathroom. She has texted me since and wants to hang out when she gets back from a business trip. So i dont know if i did something wrong or i should just let it slide and wait until we hang out again. Girl 2 (date was tonight) same scenario. we met for drinks, had a lot in common, applied kino, no resistance, push pulled, teased and waited until we left and went in for the kiss. same response: "its the first daate." i simply said ok, smiled and walked to my car. We each paid for our own drinks and she texted me when she got home that she had fun. I dont know if im looking to much into both these scenarios but ive done really well on first dates and, up to this point, 90% of the time i have no issue kiss closing. I havent noticed any real weakness in my game on these dates and usually i can feel when attraction is there. In both these cases i felt the same way i have in the past when i had no issue kiss closing or more. Im not getting too hung up on it but jsut wondering if any of you guys have had this happen to you and what my next move should be? Soft next? Next? or see if they want to meet again in a week and escalate to see if they are receptive? Thanks.
