If true, your best bet is to go to the police immediately and inquire about the possible drugs she could have put in your beer and if there's any way for you to be tested for them. You'll likely be given a drug test and you can see if there were any substances in your system. If so, you'd confront your wife about it and the police would likely interview your wife and hand the case to the prosecutor, where they would then determine to press charges on her or not.

If your wife is as perfect as you feel she was, she wouldn't have done this. Drugging your spouse to have sex is never acceptable under any circumstance, whether a man or a woman does it. That is straight up sexual assault, that goes way beyond abuse in a relationship. If your wife is so great, your drug test would come up negative. Don't let your feelings stand in the way of something as serious as this.

Go to a hospital immediately and have a tox screen done. Then see if you can find a domestic abuse shelter that will take you in until you figure out where to go from here.

You should probably talk to her about it first and record it with a hidden camera so in case she loses it you have evidence you did only what was necessary for your own defense. The police will get very mad and might not take you as seriously next time if you end up wasting their time, especially if you live in a small town where it'll probably be the same cop.

Go talk to someone at the station, don't be angry with them, just ask them if they can do a tox screen to see if you were drugged... you might not want to press charges, I understand that. But at the very least you have to talk to her about this and tell her that it is not okay.

I would suggest you consider leaving, or at the very least, see marriage counselors if you really want things to work out.

Most people will not black out from beer alone so go to the cops and get a drug test.
Why are you still with some one that you know has "sabotaged her birth control"?
