Tell me why I should care about female on male violence in media. Male disposability isn't going to go away if you get rid of all the ads that normalize violence against men. And would it be okay if it was male on male violence? Are we going to protest male on male violence in media? Because good luck with that. Something like this is cartoonish and sexuality doesn't come into play like in this car ad.

Normalized violence against men in media is the symptom, not the cause. Male disposability is the cause, and men reinforce that themselves. The content creators within media, actually, are mostly male.
