I just graduated college, no I wasn't fucking a new girl every weekend, but I did alright with women. Really only saw them as an avenue for sex and never wanted to pursue anything serious with any of them cause their personality sucked and I didnt want to spend much time around them.

Long story short I graduate school, and a girl a few yrs younger than me from my hometown starts talking to me over the summer. We connected really well, and just hung out until the physical stuff started happening two weeks later. We had a good thing going for a few months until she went back to school 5 hours away. We tried to still keep and touch and hang out the two times when she came back, but her parents were super strict and it just didnt work out.

Lets be honest, women in their 20s suck and normally aren't fun to be around. This was the only girl in a few years I actually enjoyed hanging out with and being around, and the sex was the cherry on top. The only girl in a few years I could even imagine wanting something more than just a hook up with.

Why am I here??-- Is having One-itis the same as wanting something more than a hookup? I was sleeping with other girls right up until before her and have slept with my casual hookup a few times since then. (I included that so yall wouldn't jump all over me thinking the only reason I wanted her was because my brain missed sex) This definitely is NOT the most attractive girl I've been with, but there was just a connection there I hadn't had with anyone else in a while. I actually saw her as a person instead of a piece of meat (Imagine that!!)

Note- the sex with my casual hookup is great. Seriously the best head Ive ever gotten lmao. But after going so long only doing hook ups with girls, it was nice to have a connection during sex and actually like the person you are doing it with. (EDIT- it should be noted this hookup texts me basically every saturday night to come watch a movie, then EVERYTIME the next day texts me saying she wont do it anymore and wants something serious. *Watch what they do, not what they say* I'm saying this to show Im not super lonely, there are other women that are trying to emotionally open up to me, but their personalities just arent that great and I dont want to spend extended periods of time with them)

I don't want to have a case of oneitits, but also don't think wanting someone as more than a plate is necessarily a bad thing. Your feedback is highly appreciated!

TLDR--Theres a girl I actually enjoy spending time with, the first Ive seen as more than a piece of meat in quite some time. I get other women but truthfully dont enjoy it as much because there just is no connection. Is this oneitis?
