Your girlfriend was a virgin, and had a pregnancy scare. Relatively speaking, "sex" is still a new thing for her, and she sounds fairly ignorant of how it all works. This can be resolved with adequate birth control. If she can't take hormone based birth control, the most effective form is a copper IUD.
You might want to correct her on "likely time of getting pregnant"... The only way a week before her period would have increased chances is if she had a period with a 1.5 - 2 week cycle. Tell her to track her periods better, find out her cycle, split it in half. The week usually right smack in the middle is usually ovulation time, but sperm can last for up to a week. Basically, it's the week after she gets her period that is most likely to get her pregnant.

Get your birth control situation together, ideally with something you control (ie: condoms), and talk to her about what would happen if she got pregnant. Calm her down on this front, and fuck her brains out.

You'll know you're making progress once you legitimately don't care. That's called outcome independence. But I don't mean you don't care as in "oh you don't wanna fuck? alright well then lets just cuddle and watch Friends!"

I mean don't care as in, "alright, you don't want to fuck, I understand. but sex is important to me so I don't think we're going to be very compatible." and then onto the next one. Then the ball is in her court, she can either decide to spread them legs for you, or you can go your separate ways with no hard feelings. I am/was in a similar situation you're in now and I'd recommend you follow the advice the people give here.

Firstly I'd demote her to a plate which is what I've done and it solved 90% of my issues.

Some backstory, When we started out me and my "GF" had sex like crazy. She craved and had sex while her parents where in house still. On that level. A few months ago she basically did the same you're GF is doing now and I couldn't understand. I came here and followed the advice of plating here. I started to go out and talk to other girls I stopped talking to when I got into this relationship. I started to focus on myself more and even ghosted a few days. At the point where she is begging me to let her come over so we can have sex. Where a month ago I almost had to negotiate.

Secondly is to be outcome independent. Truly outcome independent. Girls can easily tell when you get upset when they deny you of something. And although you can pretend to be outcome dependent they or some of them might see through it. 2 Months ago I was really craving some sex and she denied me. Although I tried to hide it my GF told me the next day she could tell I was upset. We didn't have sex for a while after that. 3 days ago the same happened. But I genuinely didn't care and I could see she wanted to talk about her shit. So I just went on doing my own thing and then next thing I see shes undressing me. Her pussy haven't been so wet since the beginning stages.

Thirdly get back ups. For your own piece of mind and to assist with the outcome independence.
