Feel free to draw broad conclusions from it-- ignoring things like World War 2 happening when those girls turned 20-- and immense social changes between then and now.

I would just like to say that IMO this could only be held true to a point. I dated a girl for 2 years and every week I realized just a little bit more how dumb she is. I was 22 with a 24 year old and I just could not manage that because I literally felt like her babysitter. Seems to me like you are damned if you do and damned if you don't.
