Get involved in local politics either in professional areas, clubs, government. When issues come up and a gendered view is assumed speak up as ask the questions about evidence, how they would feel if the genders are reversed. Do they recognize the risk of denying natural justice to athe accused. Most people swallow the gendered narrative and don’t think to criticize it. If you are scrupulously balanced and ask the tough questions you can help a lot. Remember most people are fair and reasonable but the narrative has been gynocentric for a long time.
