Writing because as many of you know I am campaigning against the CRA and the discriminatory practice of making father's support, prove, and fight for the taxable allowances that are given to mothers by default, and the law that enables this discrimination by gender (122.6 (f) Income Tax Act).
I am writing, to advise that since winning full custody and primary residence of my son, and having a judge in family court state that I have had my son full time for a year, CRA is still refusing to allow this claim.
Are there any fathers out there with similar stories, and how can we fix this and make the government treat fathers and mothers equally?
Edit: Complaints are filed with CHRC, OTO, PM's office, MP's office, and waiting for follow up
