They get around the law by making it guest list only. It becomes a members club then on the same level as the WI, golf clubs or a gentelmans club. In members only clubs you are allowed to discriminate by gender, .

VIP LOUNGE POLICY:

All of the clubs listed at VIP Lounge are guest list only, which means that if you do not place your name on the guest list before you head out you are not getting in.

Its a private function by a private business. Rather than trying to go after the club for doing such pricing I say its better to reach out to guys to help them realize that they are being treated like cash cows. (And it might be worth helping women realize that these clubs are literally using them for bait to draw guys in.)

I think this is more marketing then mens rights, guys will see a lot of women at this lounge and want to meet them, so they'll pay.
