Reminds me of that possum I shot a few weeks back. So I get a call from the next farm over. Woman traps the possum who’s been eating her chickens. Asks me to come over and “dispose” of it for her. I don’t run a free fucking possum disposal service here or anything and I’m tied up with my own property to manage so I make it worth the trip and trade her one disposal for a dozen or so blue eggs. She readily agrees. I drive over and see the possum in a cage by her pheasant population. I remove my Glock 23C from my console and walk up to the cage and pop that little fucker at point blank range right in its furry little dome. Smelly bastard is still screaming. Pop him again. Five fucking .40 caliber wadcutters later and he finally twitched his last twat. Sturdy, stubborn little douche bag.
