The dude raped mom when she was 12, he was 19. He has a history of sexually abusing children even after he raped mom.

This is a horrifying judgement, and as I mentioned earlier, just serves to illustrate that family courts can't be trusted with the power they've been afforded.

This is much less disturbing than when young boys who have been raped are forced to pay child support to their rapist.
