Sorry they got caught.

The orders to do this came from the very top.

May is a very disturbing individual.

Expect a woman to review this and find no wrongdoing.

They're so predictable.

Hundreds of innocent people could be behind bars for rape and other serious offences because of the failure to disclose crucial evidence, legal experts have said.

No, it's because of hundreds of women making false rape accusations.

The easiest way to bring the rape numbers down is to prosecute these women.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

But that assumes police will investigate women who make rape accusations rather than trying to frame the accused. Which is their job to investigate after all.

Indeed, what was I thinking?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

You probably thought you were in Russia, North Korea or China where police actually carry out investigations when an accusation is made rather than trying to simply frame people for being on the wrong side of a particular accusation.

To be fair, don't most people make that mistake from time to time? :-)

So they don't hand over evidence before the trial and afterwards appeal lawyers aren't allowed to look at it? So much for the right to a fair trial.

Justice has no room within the ideology called feminism.

What is lacking is the right attitude and perspective. Officers are looking at this from one point of view.

Yet the media still calls it a disclosure crisis. It's obvious where the problem lies: people are being put on trial without evidence for a crime where there is a widespread observation if false accusations. It's everything that has been put in place over the last 30 years.

Accuser anonymity (we've seen serial false accusers).
Trials without evidence.
Police framing accused instead of investigating.
Severe restrictions on the ability to carry out a defense in court.
This absurd denial that women don't lie about rape.

The media could have been talking about innocents in jail 2 decades ago, but only does so now over a "disclosure crisis". The bar association is now telling them that's false, that it's more than that, but they still do it. Obviously it's b because they have been "in on it" the whole time.

I hope they aren't putting a woman in charge of the review again.

I hope they aren't putting a woman feminist in charge of the review again.

[–]TheImpossible1 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link

I stand by my original comment.

Why would a woman ruin her own kind's fun?

Even if she didn't believe in it, she wouldn't take the men's side anyway.

If they assign a woman to the enquiry it's as good as dead.

[–]nforne 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

"Her own kind"? Jesus. Are you here to make us look bad?

[–]TheImpossible1 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

No I'm not, it's just wording.

Why would a woman defend men at the expense of other women.

[–]nforne -1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

What, like Karen Straughan and Christina Hoff-Sommers?

[–]TheImpossible1 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

I don't have a clue who they are.

If I wanted to guess, they are "personalities" that say what you want to hear but never take any action.

Has a woman ever took actual actions against feminism?

This country is under radfem control, forgive me for having very low expectations of the enquiry, but I can already tell what will happen.

[–]nforne 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

What do you class as "actual action"? Because I consider converting feminists is pretty damn effective. If it wasn't for these "personalities" I'd probably still think all MRAs are evil misogynists whining about non-issues. There are plenty more like me.

How many people have you converted to the cause? What action have you taken? Probably more than me, but I seriously doubt you've had a fraction of the effect of the two women I mentioned.

Their gender shouldn't come into it. They're fighting our corner.

[–]TheImpossible1 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

I'd say actual action is getting a law they created repealed or getting a pro male law created. (imagine a minimum sentence for false accusations getting passed, that would be huge for us)

I've not done anything of note. I never said I had.

Influencing public opinion is good, but it's all just kind words and distraction unless accompanied by some fight against the way things are.

We'll see if the enquiry goes as I predicted. I'm pessimistic about how bad this place is.

[–]nforne 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

We need public opinion on our side before anything else can happen because that's all that politicians care about. Feminist policies are running rampant because the public are so blasé about increasingly blatant sexism against men. A shift in public opinion would nip it in the bud.

That's a hard enough job without comments against women which do nothing but hand ammunition to our adversaries.
