Can we just stop for a minute and reflect on what an absolute travesty it is that the courts are referencing their consideration for the children of the perpetrator in their sentencing?

So if I commit a crime in the UK, they will punish me less if Ive reproduced and added more potential criminals to their population?

Shouldve punished her more severely for getting pregnant during her trial. This is a decent sentence for a woman to be getting, but try to imagine the sentence a man would get for doing this to a woman. Though to be fair this is the UK so maybe the judge wouldve just blown him and apologized for wasting his time
