So I am behind on my taxes this year and one of the issues is that I did not get a 1098-T from my son's college, at which I paid significant tuition. This is the form you get which allows you to deduct your tuition payments.

I called the school and asked if they would send me one. They refused and said they could only send it to the "address of record" which, of course, is the mother's. So my son had to go to the Bursar's office and pick it up in person, then send it to me. Ridiculous. The Bursar's Office knows exactly how much tuition I paid, and when I paid it. WTF?
